This corrects a missing resource in the 3.3.7 release that caused the Boundaries and Projection Center dialogs to crash.

However, I’ve noticed another bug: There’s no grey background area anymore beyond the page boundaries – see attachment, Geocart 3.3.6 on the left and 3.3.8. on the right. Is it possible that Geocart already had the same in some version bug years ago? I seem to remember something like that.
