GEOCART software itself closed

A few weeks ago, I bought the professional version of this software. After I installed it today, I found a problem that I could not solve. After I finished the projection, I was ready to make the output of the file and convert it into PDF format.

example:
Export Document, Selct the PDF format and then give the file name, save.... Suddenly the software shuts itself off automatically.
but selct the "TIFF, PSB, JPEG" format, it`s ok, I can see the new file on the screen.

I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how to solve this problem!

Just saw your information about reports of PDF export failing on Windows.
The operating system and Geocart version I use is Windows 10, 64bit, version 3.3.5win64.

We are sorry you are having difficulty. That is not behavior we have seen before. Please send us your document, if the content is not proprietary, and we will we do what we can to resolve the problem.

Before you save the document, please turn on the “Do not embed, recalculate on open” option in the General pane of the Preferences panel so that the file remains small.

My projection is so simple and I did not add any other database on the map, that is to say " Standard projection".
Just selctted "new, map, and rectangular polyconic" menu, and turn on the “Do not embed, recalculate on open” option in the General pane of the Preferences panel according to your idea, but when I output the file with PDF format, Geocart is closed.

Well, if you selctted the "sample document" from "Help", and open any sample from these fiels, and then "save document" as PDF format, it is ok. or delect the sample and make a new map for new projection, it is too ok for PDF format.

Hello Daniel.

The document you kindly provided separately has no trouble exporting to PDF in our experiments on Geocart 3.3.5. However, we do see problems when exporting via Geocart 3.3.3. You indicate that you are using Geocart 3.3.5, so we are not sure why.

With apologies for the inconvenience, we recommend uninstalling all versions of Geocart and then downloading and installing the version here:

The problem has been solved. I used the old version again. that is "version 3.2.0 bit64." it is ok for win10,64bit.

I once uninstalled all the data and software of version 3.3.5 and reassembled it, but I still encountered the problem that I could not find the PDF document. so, maybe it`s a bug for the version 3.3.5 to installed in win10. please check it agian.
