A friend has asked my to make a globe based on a map he has in Pierce quincuncial format, with the centre based on the south pole (and hence the corners all representing the north pole).
How do I import the map and tell Geocart that the corners all represent the north pole?

When installing Geocart (64-bit WIndows version), I am able to specify an alternate installation path for the sdoftware, but the databases insist in on installation to C:\ProgramData\...
